FMC-GPIO68SE, 68 Single Ended GPIO with 1.8v to 3.3 or 5V tolerance or 34 differential pairs

FMC-GPIO-68SE is conduction-cooled HPC FM. It provides 68 Single-Ended GPIOs through a connector at the front bezel. The IOs are taken through level translator ICs which are auto-sensing and can covert from 1.8V to 3V, or 5V, and vice versa. In an alternative build option, some or all the IOs are pass through and not affected by the level translators. The front bezel has a Samtec ERF8-040-01-L-D-RA-L-TR connector. We use 6 Samtec RSP-122811-01 connectors as three differential pairs for transferring signals to the HB bank. These are useful for providing external-clock/ synchronization-signals.

As default SoM1 is populated with MPF500T-1FCG1152E device, but to reduce cost, it can be optionally populated with MPF300T-1FCG1152E.

This is a complete system solution for image processing. FMC-MIPI offers 2 CSI and 2 DSI channels for interfacing to MIPI-based cameras /sensors and displays. It converts from MIPI to a parallel interface for easy transfer to the FPGA on an FMC carrier card for more demanding processing. It includes two Lattice FPGAs which can be used for processing incoming or outgoing data. The module, therefore, can be sued for embedded applications and without any FPGA carrier card.
